The design
A jewelry brand rarely sells just one thing — rings, bangles, bracelets, necklace sets all need their own packaging, and most manufacturers make you piece that together from separate suppliers. ROMI’s box set solves that in one design language: pendant box, bangle box, bracelet box, and a larger set box, all sharing the same grey PU leather shell and suede-lined interior, so your packaging looks like one brand across your whole catalogue.
The build
Every box is built in-house in Guangdong, with the outer shell in PU leather and the interior lined in suede rather than a cheaper flocked lining. In-house production keeps colour matching and structural tolerances consistent from the first 500 pieces to a 5,000-unit reorder — a common weak point with suppliers who split large orders across multiple workshops. Custom mould development is handled internally too, so non-standard inserts or silhouettes are built to spec rather than adapted from an existing mould.
Choosing your box
Each box in the set is sized for a specific piece: the pendant box (7.5 × 9.5 × 4cm) suits necklaces and pendants; the bangle box (9.5 × 9.5 × 4cm) holds a single bangle or bracelet cuff in its rounded insert; the bracelet box (25 × 6 × 3.5cm) is built long for chain bracelets and watches; the set box (18.8 × 18.8 × 4cm) fits a full jewelry set for gifting. All four can be ordered individually or as a matched family.
Customising your order
Colour, size, material, and logo are all open for customisation. Grey is the standard finish; Pantone-matched custom colours are available for brand-consistent runs. MOQ starts at 500pcs per style, with bulk capacity scaling to 5,000+ units for reorders.
Getting started
Sample approval is available before committing to a full production run. From sample sign-off, standard lead time runs 15–25 business days, with ROMI coordinating export documentation and shipping.
